We at Dr. Cynthia Han's Naperville Dental Office really value and appreciate patients taking the time to write and send us how they feel about being a patient at the office. Dr. Han is hospitable, she takes her time, she doesn't double book and she cares for her patients like family. The office customer service is also impeccable.

My family has been coming to Dr. Han's office for dental care since we moved to Naperville in 1990. I always look forward to my visits to Dr. Han's office since I enjoy visiting with Dr. Han. I don't suppose most people feel that way about going to the dentist! Dr. Han's gentle ways and professionalism have been obvious and appreciated for the past 21 years.
When my parents moved to Naperville 11 years ago they asked me to refer them to a dentist. Dr. Han has been caring for them ever since though my dad is rather "high maintenance" as dental services go! Again, Dr. Han continues to go above and beyond- even joining Dad for a round of golf!
There is also something I consider unusual about our relationship. In 1994 I started a non for profit group (Families Helping Families) that provides housing and mentoring for homeless moms in our community. Dr. Han started supporting FHF from the first day I told her about my efforts. 17 years later Dr. Han still writes a check for FHF every month! In fact, when I was in for my recent dental cleaning, she handed me a check for FHF as I left. My dentist pays me!

I have been seeing Dr. Han since I was in high school. Two decades later, I am still a patient, and referred my husband and parents to Dr. Han as well. We all trust Dr. Han's experience, knowledge and "chair-side" manner. She is always very personable and informative, answering all of our questions and often cites recent studies or findings so we are aware of how to keep up our dental care at home. I never understand why people are anxious about dental visits. I've always felt relaxed, like I'm catching up with an old friend. I would recommend Dr. Han to any family. Her staff is always very friendly and professional too. When my toddler is of age, I know that she too, will become a Dr. Han fan!

I have been a patient of Dr. Han since 1987 when I first moved to the area. Dr. Han is a personable and caring dentist that will instantly put you at ease. She is very professional, will never recommend services that are not warranted and is always on time. I like the fact that she doesn't rely on a hygienst to do the cleanings. It is one more reason that I trust her. I had not had good experiences with any of my previous dentists. I am so glad that I found a good person and dentist in Dr. Han.
